The case stems from a 2018 California ballot initiative banning the sale of pork that doesn’t meet that state’s unilateral standards.

LINCOLN – Today, Governor Jim Pillen issued Executive Order 23-09 to provide emergency relief in response to regional fuel shortages. The order temporarily allows drivers to work extended hours to haul gasoline or gasoline blends, diesel, fuel oil, ethanol, propane, and biodiesel.

The Nebraska Economic Forecasting Advisory Board (Forecasting Board) voted on Wednesday to make minor adjustments to current fiscal year revenue projections for general fund receipts. The Forecasting Board voted unanimously to adjust current year revenues downward by 1.2%. They now expect the State to have over $6.3 billion in revenue by the end of the tax year.
