LINCOLN, NE – Today, the Judicial Nominating Commission for the District Court Judge for the Eleventh Judicial District (Arthur, Chase, Dawson, Dundy, Furnas, Frontier, Gosper, Hayes, Hitchcock, Hooker, Keith, Lincoln, Logan, McPherson, Perkins, Red Willow, and Thomas counties) provided the following two names for consideration by Governor Jim Pillen: Brian J. Davis, Cozad, NE and Matthew D. Neher, Lexington, NE.
The primary place of office for the judicial vacancy is Lexington, Dawson County, Nebraska. The vacancy is due to the retirement of Judge James E. Doyle IV.
