Gov. Pillen Accepting Applications for Property Tax Administrator
LINCOLN, NE --- Today, Governor Jim Pillen announced he is accepting applications to fill the position of property tax administrator. The vacancy follows the retirement of Ruth Sorensen, who was first appointed to the role in 2007, by then Governor Dave Heineman. Her last day will be Nov. 22.
Applications for the position will be accepted immediately through 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 10. Applications can be submitted through the Governor’s website here or in writing to: Office of the Governor, P.O. Box 94848, Lincoln, NE 68509-4848.
