BROKEN BOW – On Tuesday, Governor Pete Ricketts, Nebraska Department of Roads (NDOR) Director Kyle Schneweis, and Custer County officials launched the state’s County Bridge Match Program.  Created through the Transportation Innovation Act championed by the Governor, this program targets $40 million to repair and replace county bridges.  NDOR has selected 68 bridges for funding this year with additional projects to come.  Custer County is home to the first bridge receiving funding from the program.
