Gov. Ricketts Joins Milken Institute, Governors for Panel Discussion

Lincoln – Earlier this week, Governor Pete Ricketts joined a panel discussion titled “Building A 21st Century Economy: A Conversation with U.S. Governors” at the 2015 Milken Institute Global Conference in Los Angeles, California. Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, and North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory participated in the conversation which was moderated by Ronald Brownstein, Editorial Director for Atlantic Media. Discussion topics ranged from improving education to healthcare reform.  
 
The Milken Institute is a non-profit, nonpartisan think tank determined to increase global prosperity by advancing collaborative solutions that widen access to capital, create jobs, and improve health. Their work centers on independent, data-driven research, action-oriented meetings, and meaningful policy initiatives.
