LINCOLN – Today, Governor Pete Ricketts and Nebraska State Patrol Colonel John Bolduc congratulated Scott Kracl, who was confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve as the next U.S. Marshal for the District of Nebraska.

“Congratulations to Scott on his unanimous confirmation as the next U.S. Marshal for the District of Nebraska.  His experience in the Nebraska State Patrol, from his time as a trooper to his leadership of Investigative Services and Executive Protection, will serve the people of Nebraska exceptionally well in this new role,” said Governor Ricketts.

“The Nebraska State Patrol has always had a great working partnership with the U.S. Marshal's Office.  We look forward to continuing that partnership under Marshal Scott Kracl,” said Col. Bolduc.
