Gov. Heineman concluded the second day of his State of the State fly-around in Valentine, where he was warmly received by a large crowd of citizens. The Governor urged those in attendance to send him a letter or email with their thoughts, suggestions, and ideas about how to strengthen our state. He also outlined his priorities and answered questions.
