Gov. Heineman presented a Community Development Block Grant to South Sioux City while visiting that community as part of his State of the State fly-around. The $253,000 grant will help to create ten new jobs in the community. The Governor also outlined his priorities as Governor and answered questions from the large crowd that was gathered to greet him.
