Judicial Nominating Commission Forwards Nominees
to Gov. Heineman for Fourth Judicial District
(Lincoln, NE) The Judicial Nominating Commission for the District Court, Fourth Judicial District, has forwarded the names of six nominees to Gov. Dave Heineman for consideration for appointment to a vacant seat.
The nominees are Susan Bazis, Walter Russell Bowie III, Mark Daly, Susan Lehr, and Michael Pirtle, all of Omaha, and Thomas Lauritsen of Bennington.
Gov. Heineman will schedule interviews with nominees in the coming weeks.
