Judicial Nominating Commission Forwards Nominees
to Gov. Heineman for Sixth Judicial District

(Lincoln, NE) The Judicial Nominating Commission for the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, has forwarded the names of three nominees to Gov. Dave Heineman for consideration for appointment to a vacant seat.

The nominees are William Binkard of South Sioux City, Dean Skokan of Fremont, and Patrick Tott of Sioux City, Iowa.

Gov. Heineman will schedule interviews with nominees in the coming weeks.
