Judicial Nominating Commission Forwards Nominees to
Gov. Heineman for the Second Judicial District

(Lincoln, NE) The Judicial Nominating Commission for the County Court, Second Judicial District, has forwarded the names of eight nominees to Gov. Dave Heineman for consideration for appointment to a vacant seat.

The nominees are David Chebatoris of Plattsmouth, Steven Gabrial of Papillion, Max Kelch of Nebraska City, Mark Klinker of Papillion, Christopher Lathrop of Papillion, Michael Smith of Springfield, Ann Addison-Wageman of Omaha, and William Warnes of Bellevue.

Gov. Heineman will schedule interviews with nominees in the coming weeks.
