Twelve Candidates Apply for District 14 State Senator Seat

(Lincoln, NE) Gov. Dave Heineman has received 12 applications from individuals in Legislative District 14. The Governor will appoint a new state senator to replace Sen. Nancy Thompson, who has announced she will resign the position.

Those applying to represent District 14 are Richard Alcala of Bellevue, Joe Chase of Papillion, Harland Fogle of Bellevue, Tim Gay of Papillion, Donna Kozak of LaVista, Dwayne Probyn of Papillion, Robert Shepherd of LaVista, John Strawn of Papillion, Keene Tiedemann of Bellevue, Donald Veys of Papillion, Robert Whitehouse of Papillion, and John Witzel of Papillion.
