Judicial Nominating Commission Forwards Nominees to
Gov. Heineman for the Fourth Judicial District

(Lincoln, NE) The Judicial Nominating Commission for the County Court, Fourth Judicial District, has forwarded the names of nine nominees to Gov. Dave Heineman for consideration for appointment to a vacant seat.

The nominees are Susan Bazis, Barry Grossman, David Johnson, Jr., James Kozel, Dennis Lee, Craig McDermott, Paul Pennington, and Ralph Peppard all of Omaha, in addition to Dennis Koley of Arlington.

Gov. Heineman will schedule interviews with nominees in the coming weeks.
